I requested a car wash but when I picked it up, I didn't notice that it hadn't been done. When I called the service tech the next day, she said she wasn't in yesterday (the day I picked up my vehicle). While I understood she wasn't in, wouldn't the car wash request be noted in her service notes? FYI, someone else complained of the same problem a few weeks before me. Avoiding this dealership and Ceballos. I'm was trying to request numbers on a used vehicle on my only day off. I told them I’m over 4 hours away and needed numbers before making the trip to the dealership so I could get financing figured out. I gave them my trade-in info and everything they needed for out-the-door numbers. 6-7 hours later the salesman gave me a trade value only, which was lower than the Blue Book. The only thing the salesperson would say is you can still drive 4 hours out of your way tomorrow.
My old tires had more than half the lifetime thread left in them and the service rep. Kept them, even though I specifically asked for them to be returned to me.
They couldn't get an appointment until a month later. They kept the car for more than a month. Just 2 days before they returned my car, they call to let me know they had a loaner car available.
Service was better than expected. They told me it would take 3 days. They work so fast that in a matter of 24 hours the job was completed. Excellent service. Will go back again.
It was a pleasant experience with no difficulty in buying the car from the dealership.
Service consultant is very knowledgeable for the services performed and provided outstanding customer service in explaining how long the car would be at the shop.

I just changed air filters and they both needed attention tires and brakes were recently replaced and needed attention. Oil change not to long ago and 200 when i can do it my self for 55. Ive been here before and when they did diagnostic first time totally different. Now everything I just changed needs work. Liars just trying to benifit out of hard working people.

I have purchased a 2006 Chevy Aveo at Rudolph Chevrolet and the salesman worked out a good deal and was very attentive. Then I bought a 2011 Mazda 2 at Rudolph Mazda and the salesman was great. And now I just bought a 2024 VW Taos at Rudolph VW and Victor gave me a good deal. Overall I always had good experience with Rudolph dealerships.

This dealership had a good selection of new Tiguan vehicles. The inside of the dealership was spotless. My product advisor did a wonderful job explaining everything in detail and I would highly recommend him to my friends.

The performed the wrong service on my car, I did get a refund and the correct service after all, but still, shouldn't they know my car had the wrong service done a few months before, seems like they don't keep records. And it was not the technician at fault it was the service desk.
My only problem was that they never called me when my vehicle was ready. I had called a couple hours after my vehicle was ready but they said they had called me. However, I had no missed calls or texts on my phone. Either way, drop-off and pick-up was a breeze and the service was done as expected.

I had a great experience with salesman Erick Verdin, he was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we were looking for. He showed us every feature, and even though we got there around 7:00pm he never made us feel rushed and took his time to show us every car we wanted to see.
Rudolph VW has a wonderful service department and great customer relations team. Rudolph is the only VW dealership in El Paso I trust to take care of my two VWs. I would rather dive from the Far East Side to Rudolph than to save a couple of miles and drive to Hoy VW. I would rather overpay by thousands to Rudolph than to save thousands at Hoy VW.
Service department was great. All employees were very helpful and professional, especially the gentleman who was personally handling our car. He kept us abreast of what was happening and status of completion.
Was not satisfied with the results of my truck repair. Also took very long to get my truck back.

My sales agent was Francisco and he was wonderful to work with also, the finance manager Melanie was a positive experience as well. The overall process was smooth. No back and forth or feeling you spent all day at the dealer. Even worked with me on my tight schedule and reserved the vehicle a day for me, was originally for 2 days but I was able to come in a day sooner. Honestly I couldn’t be happier and thankful. No fair to rate it based on my experience with one person, I believe her name was Desiree. Every time I have an issue with my car she said that it was going to take a week to get a technician to check it, and also every time that I asked for a loaner its never available..

Everyone is helpful in the center. Although it took time to change the oil and fix the tire of my car, they even provided free lunch for us.

I went to initially, and the loaner vehicle was not ready for me and I called ahead of time and nobody answered the phone. A week later, I finally got the loaner. that morning when I got there, I also let them know that I need some repair on the body minor that is because I had purchased a package with you guys that included tires windshield and any bodywork that was minor. The staff told me it would take one to two days to fix the recall on my 2014 VW Passat, but it only took a couple of hours. That is good service.

Service tech did not inspect filters. Stated they were good. I told him that I had already checked them and he was surprised and said “oh well I can change it” but my vehicle was out of the shop after 2 hours. Lady at the desk said I could buy it and put it myself?? Good to know VW Rudolph. Will keep that in mind for next purchases
Receptionist at service wasn’t too welcoming . Told her the issues i was having with my cars brakes and right away said well what do you want to do we can only check the breaks today can’t do anything else. Wasn’t very helpful

Your dealership is selling Atlas under deceptive practices since you all aware the brakes make a horrible noise and you all can't fix it and expect a customer to drive a 58k car around noisey brakes. Shame on your dealership.
Bad service, we no longer trust on their honesty, they hold information and poor customer service.
Overall it was a good experience. The buying process was easy and Jose was really helpful. However, I didn't feel I had much options. No complimentary services were offered.
People excellent. Vehicle delivered had damaged or scratched paint on top of the back power hatch. I don’t know why this was not detected during final inspection or wash
Very poor service. Takes for ever to find a date for the dealership to diagnose a problem and so far they have not been able to identify the issue since they replaced the transmission . On top of that since we purchased the car there is and issue with the breaks and the answer from the dealer was that there is solution for them even though they acknowledged they are defective.
